Welcome to The Balanced Foods Blog. I started this blog after I became a new mom because motherhood transformed my life is multiple different ways and I wanted to share all of it. It has since morphed into a food and nutrition blog. In my experience, nutrition is at the base for everything I was experiencing; weight gain, postpartum depression and a slew of body changes that I was not prepared for. Read on, and enjoy!
